I have been seeing Shonda for about 6 months. I was nervous about starting virtual therapy, but I decided to give it a try. Shonda gives me her full attention every session, and she’s helped me in numerous ways, some I can’t even put into words. I’m so grateful for her. Have had nothing but a positive experience with the Wellness Institute! The staff is incredibly responsive and accommodating, and the online portal makes accessing appointments and information easy. I have had a great experience with Erin Puro, who has made therapy comfortable and enjoyable for me instead of daunting. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with care here! Administratively, it’s been good, a few mistakes with billing have worked out for me after bringing it up to the billing team.

Karen and her team have been excellent to work with. They are warm, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. I asked them to work on a large project for my staff and the process went very smoothly. Follow up was a breeze and communication was fantastic. I highly recommend their services!
