It takes an hour of waiting from your appointment
I’m very disappointed with my experience seeing Dr Usha Rani. I have seen her twice now regarding an ear issue, and unfortunately neither appointment was helpful. The first appointment was meant to diagnose the issue and resulted in a prescription for ear drops. The second appointment, which was supposed to be a simple 10–20 minute follow-up to check my ear, ended up lasting over 40 minutes. What frustrated me the most was the lack of clear communication. Dr Usha Rani is by far the worst doctor I have even seen. Had to go there instead of my regular practice as an emergency appointment for my infant on a Weekend morning as the HealthDirect Hotline booked this in for me. Dr Rani was horrendous. Did not listen to a single concern, kept speaking over myself and my partner. My infant son had cold and flu symptoms and was visibly congested and was having trouble keeping his formula down because of this.
