I was suffering from anxiety due to different life experiences and Laura’s therapy helped me to get back to normal using different strategies like EMDR and CBT. She makes you feel comfortable enough to open up to talk about yourself which for me it’s hard to do. I am very grateful for her help!
I am working with Laura and without her help I would never go outside again because of her help I am finally able to start taking back my control over my life without fear. I know that I would certainly be here now without her help and I am so grateful that I found her.
I meet with Laura, today she told me to tell her what was going on. I told her my brother was MURDERED about 7 months ago and I feel like I died with him. I searched for years for solutions to my sleeping problems. Various doctors and counselors were not able to help me at all. Then I met Laura and my work with her has enabled me to heal from my PTSD related night problems, insomnia and just improve my general mental well-being. She is absolutely amazing and I love working with her!
I just finished my sessions with Laura. I was in an auto accident, and was having anxiety issues. She helped me tremendously, by treating my PTSD! Would recommend anyone who is having these issues. Thank you Laura!
