The care is fine. Nothing remarkable. But the access to services is horrible. No way to walk in, even just to request labs. Lab tech is rarely there. What should have been a simple order for labs for school took my kid 6 weeks to complete, because after his 1st labs (which he had to wait 10 days for an appt) he needed vaccines that they didnt have, we had to go to Walgreens because the county won't give you vaccines if you are insured. I guess this is more a reflection on the state of health care but I feel like this could h... read more
