If you are are looking for a Physical Therapist in the South Bay you can go to Evolution PT and Fitness in Manhattan Beach. My Therapist and trainer there John Sico Is extremely knowledgable and has helped me tremendously in getting me back to full function. He took the time to evaluate me and listened to what my goals were. I have certainly improved over the month from when I first started.
