I moved my mother into the assisted living side of the Wellesley for 2 years: Sep 2022 to Nov 2024. The staff were amazing/caring/knowledgeable and well trained, the meals were healthy and varied, with lots of daily activities, the buildings were always well maintained/clean, and the residents were wonderful. 10 out of 10.
I WAS THERE VISITING MY AUNT AND Uncle many times over the years they lived there. IT WAS ALWAYS lovely, and had meals with them and no complaints. And Now Iam considering applying there myself.

' The Peninsula' in Sidney...... Be aware if you, or a Family member, are considering 'The Peninsula' in Sidney, B.C., as a Assisted Living retirement residence. The British Columbia Government, Assisted Living Registry, has recently completed an investigation, and has found The Peninsula to be Non-Compliant to the regulations. See Complaint # C2023-530.
