I had an excellent experience with the WellYard this last year. Allie was very knowledgeable and helpful with my back issues. She provided exercises to help with the pain and made sure I knew what I was doing so I could do the on my own. Also, made sure I knew why I was doing them and what areas it was helping.
Dr. Ali is a lifesaver! I was experiencing pain in two polar ends of my body: my neck and my knee. Allie was extremely helpful in helping me navigate some hip pain in my previous marathon build. I appreciated the undivided attention at each appointment and her commitment to fixing the issue vs. simply treating the symptoms.
Dr. Allie is absolutely amazing! She’s the only practitioner who was able to help my daughter with Sever’s Disease—an inflammation of the growth plate in her heels. Other doctors told us she would simply have to grow out of it and that nothing could be done to ease her pain. Thanks to Dr. Allie, my daughter’s pain has not only improved but completely disappeared.
