Although Lisa Kellogg can seem warm, that quickly disappears if you dare to question anything. Her staff is known for being curt and unhelpful, and this is a reflection on her!! She allows the office staff to tell half-truths to outright lies, will not get involved (which further emboldens them) and the lack of cooperation is unlike anything I have ever experienced! This is not a caring person, the opposite of what one looks for in a doctor.
Dr. Kellogg is loved by all members of my family. She is thorough, but doesn't prod or poke any more than absolutely necessary. she understands the connections between happiness a healthfulness, and focuses on the whole person. My children look forward to seeing her, she always remembers them and makes them feel special. Her long term staff are also wonderful.
