I attended a community class on Anxiety and Your Body led by Precious Shipney. The class was informative and helpful. 90 minutes well spent!
The Well is a wonderful resource in Raleigh for affordable mental health therapy with licensed clinicians, and also offers spiritual direction and life coaching. Multiple clinicians and staff work with clients of all ages, including individuals who are underinsured. The Well offers classes for the community; I have not attended myself, but have heard great reports from individuals who took part.
