Don’t answer the phone, confirm appointments, and don’t update Google to change their address.
I hope I have the correct location. But Worst experience ever and I haven’t even had the chance to talk to Dr. Gharbi. I had an appointment at 11:50am. I literally have my phone in front of me and I even set up an alarm 5 minutes before so I won’t forget. Then, my phone glitch and the phone didn’t ring and when I look at my phone i got a missed call at 11:38am. I called them right back at 11:39am. If you guys plan to close the clinic please update your phone auto answering machine. There is zero update about the clinic being closed and why other than “we are moving signage.” I’ve had to walk with a sprained ankle to find out at the front door. I was parked at the back and saw no online update.
They are all friendly in this clinic.
