Super unique dinner experience in Portland right outside of town. If I lived in the area I likely would be buying produce from the farm. The 5 course tasting menu comes with bread service and an amuse which was very much appreciated. The Halibut course and the blueberry donut finale were highlights for me, but the beans, steak, and risotto courses were nothing to sneeze at. An evening at The Well is one of our annual summer events. Regardless of the month, the food is always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Sitting on the porch or in your own gazebos with friends looking out on to the gardens adds to the experience. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a nice selection of cocktails, cocktails and wines (glasses and bottles) to complement your meal. A summer evening in Maine not to be missed!
We booked our reservation in May and it was 100% worth it. This is a unique dining experience that you won’t regret. Everything from the drinks, the food courses, the environment and the exceptional service is worth every penny.
