Welcome Mat Storage is as safe and secure as most, but their communication is better when there are any issues. Very responsive when notified of any issues and good about notifications when issues are resolved.

I rented a space at the last minute just before Christmas as I was coming into town to visit family. Welcome Mat was very responsive and got me access to my space right away! Friendly people and I will definitely try here first on my many trips back to San Antonio.
