Just came cross this and did not even realize they were still in business. Agree with all said. We had our patio and deck done by Weidner some years ago. The landscaping design and patio were actually well done. The person he hired for the masonry was exceptional, However the deck is a piece of junk! Poor carpentry. We use Timbertech materials and within a month or so it was cracking. Contacted Timbertech and when I sent them photos they said it was not installed correctly and nails were drilled in improperly. Awful experience. Nice design, terrible execution. Many short cuts and poor construction techniques. We have had to redo a significant portion of the project due to shoddy workmanship. Would look elsewhere.

The weidners did our patio and kitchen remodel. They did good work, that is not the issue. The issue is after the work is done, if there is a repair or concern they are hard to get ahold of or they do not respond.

I'm generally a patient person and tend to give people the benefit of the doubt so for me to write this is saying a lot. Bottom line - good design, average quality, but absolutely the worst follow-up of anyone I've ever had do work for me. Hired them to do a paver patio as well as re-lay part of an existing brick patio and walkway. While the initial work was above average, the step that was part of the brick walkway started falling apart and several of the pavers on the new patio came loose after just one winter.
