We have had Patrick assist us twice in the last several years. The first time with a new 5th wheel that had gone into the shop after every use and the second time with a Jeep, supposed to be part submarine, that leaked onto or behind the dashboard every time it rained or got washed. He was always very professional, knowledgeable, timely in his response to phone calls or emails and for me very calming during a difficult time with the 5th manufacturer.
