Very thorough and professional and priced very well
They were very friendly. I did have to wait only about 1 minute when I first went inside this lovely establishment for someone to come and greet me because there was no one sitting at the front desk. But the young lady (probably mid 30s) greeted me and said "hello, how can I help you?" and I said "I am here to pick up my mom's will and trust." She was very friendly. She wasn't rude in any way.
