My husband and I met my cousin at his apartment down the street and walked to the wedge. We were “greeted” with you can’t be in here with your dog you must take him outside. Even after educating the manager that he was a service dog (my cousin is legally blind) she still stated we couldn’t be in the dining area and would have to be seated on the porch. She was very rude in her tone as well. Never will we eat here again.
You need to learn the difference between service dog and emotional support dog. A service dog is protected by the ADA. A service dog provides a service that allows a disabled person to live a normal life - like a seeing eye dog.
Reading this hurt me personally.
This was a frequent place I would enjoy lunch and a beer with colleagues. And often went with friends on weekends and evenings. Prior to their new location move, I took my kids and wife there for lunch. My son noticed his pizza had hair. How they notice, idk but noticed more dark hair and had it exchanged. No biggie. While eating my pizza I also noticed sandy blonde hair, I was grossed out and figured it may be an odd fluke. We paid left a 20% tip. The Tuffell Shuffell was delicious, we also had one that had Procuitto in the pizza
The food was good however, the waitress added 20% gratuity to our party of 7 with two of those being small children. We are all good tippers on the norm as half of our party works in the resturaunt industry, but we didn't appreciate that at all. The resturaunt is super cute with a great vibe though
Eston helped arrange a pre-fixed menu for our 45 person Club Soccer Team. Kylie was absolutely wonderful and had everything ready when we arrived. The pizza was amazing and we were all so happy that we chose the Wedge to have our team dinner. Huge, Huge Thank you to Eston, Kylie and her team for making our night fabulous. The ‘04 Dallas Texans Love The Wedge!!
I loved the idea of Build Your Own Pizza and being able to choose which type of sauce I wanted. For the personal sized pizza at $8.00 its very reasonable and almost too much to eat in one setting-but (I managed)!! It was just too good to put down.
