What an amazing job Paula and her team did decorating the Jefferson Street Inn ballroom for our daughters wedding! From the very first time we met with Paula until the day we walked into the ballroom, it was such a easy and perfect experience! Just like we imagined our daughter's wedding day to be! An absolute nightmare. Please do not make the same mistake that we did. We had an amazing wedding day despite Paula's services. We showed Paula a summary of this review before we posted it and she did not disagree with any of the information that I am about to present to you. Paula backed out on decorating our wedding hall the Wednesday before our wedding (after she cashed our check, of course) and refused us a refund.
