Had a great experience buying my wedding dress here! The employees are great to work with, patient, & informative. I also appreciated how often they stayed in touch with me after I ordered my dress to let me know the progress and when it could be expected to come in. Just recently ordered a bridesmaid dress as well and once again had a great experience! Highly recommend The Wedding Parlour �
I had the most wonderful experience finding my wedding dress! It’s a wonderful atmosphere and they work with you! They do not try to force you into buying something that you’re not in love with, (which I had experienced at a couple different wedding shops prior to going to The Wedding Parlour). 5 stars! �
Highly recommend. Not once did I feel nervous or rushed. The people are so kind, helpful, and really make you feel comfortable. I tried on multiple dresses, explained what I liked or didn’t like and they were able to find other options in the blink of an eye. Even after purchase they have been in contact with order details to keep my nerves at ease as it’s so close to my date. Best experience I’ve had hands down.

No stars. So sad, tried to get ahold of manager, just seems as if I am playing phone tag. The workers there are sad. I have a friend who went to look at wedding dressed and these women that work there commented on her weight. Telling her they cover the windows so people don't see the big girls in dresses. How dare you. Say that to a bride to be? Hope you guys feel good about your self.
Went in to order a brides maid dress. After being measured, the lady told me she would be ordering me a size 6 (I'm typically between a 2 and 4). I asked to try on a 6 because i thought that was too big. After trying to convince me it was the right size, I tried on a 6 which was big (as I suspected). She told me that it was a stretchy fabric so it seamed bigger, and she then refused to order me a 4. I now have a brides maid dress that is WAY too big, especially in the chest and underarms, which I now need to pay to have take... read more
