My husband and I tied the knot on 5/17/14.. absolutely beautiful ceremony
My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on our 31st. anniversary in the chapel! It was magical, beautiful and the Pastor said it perfectly!
The photographer was horrible and did not take time with my family. She was casually snapping pictures and not posing anyone. My family still have not received or even been able to choose the 6-5x7 that was included in the package. The cake that was also purchased thru the package tasted horrible and none of the guests liked it. Overall I was not satisfied with this service that my parents paid for and I would not recommend wedding chapel in the glades to any of my friends or family.

I'm sorry that you feel you had a poor experience at our Chapel. I receive many praises for our service and there are certain circumstances where the staff is not able to diffuse the tension that is evident in some weddings. I wish you had contacted me about your issues. Also, we have never had anyone complain about the cakes that we provide from Smoky Mountain Cakes.
