Very nice place and so convenient , will recommend the venue to my friends . I'm thinking in two years time to use it for my son wedding reception . I ❤️ the place
This place was absolutely wonderful! My brother and now new sister got married yesterday. And everything was perfect! There was a small mix up with table linens but the staff was on it right away when brought to attention. The workers were wonderful and the ladies who worked the night shift were absolute saints. They were so helpful with everything, and even walked us through multiple times to make sure we forgot nothing. They even did a little extra clean up for us. took a notary seminar training there, appreciate the free easy parking, easy to find rooms, nice bathrooms and lounge areas. It gets cold and warm fast in the rooms lol we kept having to adjust to thermostat but other than that first time there was nice to checkout.
I don't believe the 1.5 HR set up was enough time. I think the wedding ended up being beautiful however the coordinator did not communicate with the catering staff to ensure they knew where the buffet table was. Myself and several others were there to help decorate because of the extremely short timeframe and I felt that the coordinator should have been directing people instead of setting up herself. Attended a retirement party. This place is really cute on the inside. I will use it for a future event.
The falls provided everything for my son and daughter in law's dream wedding. We rented the whole venue. The day was perfect and the staff was available to answer questions, concerns, assist in last minute details, and never once bothered the bride or groom. Why? Because I was the contact. What usually occurs with weddings is the bride remains the contact person and someone such as a parent, friend, or family should remove that burden from the bride or groom and becomes seamless to them.
