Couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our house! Richard and his team are seasoned professionals who know the area extremely well. Beyond that, they have access to a variety of subcontractors who can tidy up any deficiencies that might pop up in the pre-sale inspection (which happened to us). It was as close to being on autopilot as we could have hoped for. Highly recommended.
