Worked with Richard Webb to first try to find a house to purchase, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We decided to pivot and build a new house with a local builder and he helped navigate that process along the way. Then used him again to sell our old home and again had a great experience working with him and his team. Will happily use him again when needed.
