Forget this whole stupid location. I went up there Saturday morning at 9 AM when they open and nobody was there. I literally had to change my whole birthday plans and ended up making me late for my birthday dinner because y’all want to be closed at 9 AM or is the wrong location post on the website please nobody ever go back to this location and waste your time and I’m really tired of y’all. Black women treating other black women like this people need to do better.!!!!!

Very happy with the service I went to go get a takedown done an a wig installed. Nicole did my hair very beautiful I’m very happy with the service I will be returning.

I used to enjoy coming to this place to get my hair extensions done. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I visited the shop just three days after having the hair installed to get a trim, but I ended up waiting for two hours. Moreover, I felt that I was treated as if getting a trim was less important compared to getting a sew-in, regardless of whether I arrived before other customers or not.
