I loved my position as Administrator but after approx. 18 months, I decided I wanted to work part time so I stayed as a unit R.N. until I retired. It is a good way to retire and make the adjustment to not working. The Wealshire had an excellent staff and treated the patients as friends and their welfare and happiness was what we all strived to ensure.
The Wealshire truly offers a Higher Standard of Care. It is evident why they have a long lasting reputation in the community for being the premier facility for adult day care, respite car, rehab, assisted living and skilled nursing.
