I have lived here about 5 years. Every year is worse then the previous. The building has had 3 different owners in that time. I have had a leak in my ceiling for at least a year. It was just brown spots on my ceiling at first. Now I have water coming in every time it rains. Someone came 3 weeks ago, left a dehumidifier. Said they will have to figure out where it is coming from. Never came back. They called yesterday and told me, they would figure out a plain and get back to me by the end of the day.
