Absolutely love the Wayland Apartments! Josh and Matt are so helpful! :)
Best pool. Best vibes. Best neighbors. I have never experienced such a wonderful community of ppl. From Matt with the good hair in the leasing office, to josh the event coordinator, to the wonderful staff and magical residents. I have found such a home and community here and I am forever grateful! Overall, I've enjoyed living at The Wayland Apartments. The community is quiet and well maintained. The management and maintenance teams have been professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever needed. Special shoutout to Matt in leasing. He made the entire move in process incredibly smooth. The location is definitely a perk. There are plenty of restaurants, beaches, and entertainment nearby. It's been a great place to call home and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
