Place is absolutely disgusting elevators are always down never working been down over four months people having to walk down five flights of stairs to cut across the building just to let there dogs out can’t even make it because of the elevator being down. Floors are dirty hallways dirty overall disgusting complex. Lack of maintenance to the building shows little effort on the owners end being done as multiple residents have stated the elevator situation and nothings been done. Update: the elevators are down again.!!! They fixed the elevators on August 17, 2026 by August 19, 2026 they were down again and this was the one working elevator........ the main elevator has been down for over 2 months..... Management is saying they are waiting on a part...... 2 months waiting on a part should be ashamed of yourself!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Worst apartment when it comes to elevators, hands down. I hope you get a better deal on rent since you’re gonna be sharing your unit with the cockroaches because this building is infested I went to Torah unit I saw cockroaches in the halls. I saw cockroaches, crawling all over the walls in the unit I was looking at as well is absolutely atrocious.

Genuinely worst place I have ever lived, even moreso than all of the wild places I lived at in college. Every other one star review is unfortunately pretty accurate. I normally don't ever leave reviews and I'm not gonna go into detail because everyone else has addressed it pretty well, but I'm leaving this review in the hopes that it saves at least one person from renting here. DO NOT DO IT!!! Worth it to either not live downtown or pay more to live somewhere else.
