Has one of the best Family’s Doctors. They give you all the time of theirs and don’t rush and prescribe you and quick talk you, it feels like it’s family ! 10/10. RECOMMEND 100%
I was in search for a family doctor for my family , as my previous doctor had retired . Many doctors refused , as one of my family member has mental illness . I was very frustrated. I was very excited when I saw a big sign “Medical clinic opening soon “ We met Dr Gill and she accepted to take care of my family . Booked an appointment for Dec 1 at 5:15pm on Nov 25. The clinic called 1 hour before the appointment to reschedule because "the doctor is leaving at 5pm". And guess what? All the Doctors leaves at 5pm. It's not even possible to reschedule for the same time slot on another day. My questions are: 1. If you don't take appointments after 5, why did you booked me for 5:15. 2. Why did it take you almost a week to find out the mistake? 3. I would give this clinic a 10 out of 10 if I could. This place is very clean and the reception is polite and professional. Dr Karim Abdel-Aty Was extremely helpful called us back the next day with the results of our test. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very little waiting time. brand new office however I’m pretty sure they will keep up this level of service in the future. Keep up the fantastic service. Thank you very much.
