Worst service ever. I am a regular customer and I had an appointment today on Monday Dec 23. On google it shows shop is closed. I checked before I was leaving and it shows that it’s closed on google and I called Anna to confirm and left a voice mail. She called me back after an hour which was after my appointment time and I mentioned to her that I can’t make it in today we have to make changes to appointments and she charge me penalty for her mistakes and her inappropriate website description. I have been a client here for over three years and I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I have received today. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this place over the last three years, but today's experience has put such a sour taste in my mouth and I am deeply upset. I am a very picky person when it comes to my eyebrows. I explained that upon entry and she did an amazing job right off the start. Very impressed with my visit and will be rebooking again. Highly recommended.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful awful customer service and experience. Highly recommend anywhere but here. Didn't answer phone 3x when I called - finally called me back as a new client and refused to move appt as I work later then expected (have never been there before).
