Bad customer service
It was my first visit at “The waxing strip”. No words to appreciate the work and experience. I have been looking for this kind of place since last 4 years. Tried alot of salons, who don’t even know what waxing is but wnna do it. I worked in the same profession for couple of years and i can say this confidently that is is the place to get yourself waxed at!!!! This was my 2nd time visiting this location. I originally booked an appointment for 545pm but when I called the day before to see if I could get in earlier, they had availability and were able to move my appointment up with no issues. Lora was very kind, acknowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable as I have had a bad experience one time when getting a waxed. I will definitely be returning!!
