First time to this salon, not first time to the services. Location: The place is very clean, from the bathroom, the room, work station, everything is clean. Peaceful ambiance. Plenty of parking in that shopping center. Customer service: Excellent. Front desk: I started making my appointment online and I stopped. After a while a got a text asking if they could help me. I always have a great experience here for my Brazilian wax with Erin. The service is comfortable from start to finish. Last time she had someone in training assisting during my appointment (Nora), and she did a really good job too—very attentive and professional. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is handled with care. I definitely recommend!
