Today was my 3rd visit. And it’s been the best experience ! I was so nervous my first time and Kiah was so reassuring and honestly great at what she does ! She provides such a peaceful, relaxed environment puts you right at ease. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. Kiah offers great services and gives great results. Highly highly recommend.
I absolutely love coming here. The service she provides is amazing. Makes you feel so comfortable. Very professional and accommodating. My girlfriend and I get done back to back and she lets us come in together and hang out! I would definitely recommend her and will keep her as my wax specialist!
Kiah is AMAZING 🤩 she laminated/tinted/waxed my brows and I’ve never been so happy. She is personable and very welcoming, great energy!
Disappointing service. Waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time, only received a “sorry about that” after my appointment was finished, and then proceeded to charge full price without offering any type of discount towards the service or future appointment. When expressing my frustrations, I was told that she moved other clients around to “accommodate me” and “stayed late” for my scheduled appointment that I had.
