I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was canceled just 10 minutes beforehand, I received the email while I was already on my way there. I tried calling multiple times to get clarification, but no one answered. To make matters worse, I still showed up since I was so close, and I knocked on the door with no response at all.
