Got a brow wax and my first brazilian wax with Megan and she was great! Super friendly and kept me as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Only reason for my 4 stars is because I noticed as soon as I got home from the appointment that there was still quite a bit of hair left. She did warn me towards the end of the wax that there can be some stubborn hairs that wont fully extract, especially as a first timer, which I totally understand.
