Called all day Saturday. They’re supposed to be open from 10-3pm but no one ever answered… at all! Can’t even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Here is an update: I paid for 6 sessions up front and only got serviced once or twice. Definitely not 6. So they basically owe me 4 sessions. My issue is that they NEVER answer. I’ve called other places since then to get serviced. And guess what? They answer right away AND help me schedule an appt right away too. No problem! Terrible experience. The 2nd worse wax in over 20 years. Worst customer service winner. Wrote a review on yelp, and she responded in a horribly unprofessional manner. She was nice-nasty, and tried to body shame by sharing personal details. I didn’t actually care, but we can agree that it’s not a good look for your intimate waxer to describe your parts on social media. She doesn’t want to catch the right one on the wrong day. They accommodated me at short notice. Most gentle brazilian wax I ever had.

I made an appointment for 10am, I arrived at 9:45am and called and the person who answered the phone said “oh we usually start right at 10am” even though their website says to arrive 5 minutes early and their website says they’re open at 8am anyways. I left and came back at 10am and the door was still locked but this time both of my calls were forwarded. I waited 10 more minutes and nobody ever came. Complete waste of my time. So unprofessional.
