All of the employees at the Wax Factory are extremely caring. It is always a pleasant experience with excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and well-organized with a pleasant, laid back atmosphere. They have lots of beauty products and jewelry on sale in addition to their usual services. The prices can't be beat, especially for the quality of service that you get. There is always a friendly face at the counter waiting to greet you at the counter. I recommend this business to everyone.
