That may actually be witchcraft—but with a name like Wax Coven, it tracks! She keeps you laughing, makes you feel completely comfortable, and delivers flawless results every time. Shelby is talented, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients.
Very disappointed in this company! I called to make an appointment for the next day. Twenty minutes later I called to cancel. They said I owed a cancellation fee. After discussing the issue in detail they finally took off the cancellation fee. Very sketchy place.I would advise people to be very careful making appointments and especially appointments in advance. The lady that we dealt with was very stand-off ish. Be advised.
