Owner reached out to correct the situation. She has many years experience. It worked out. Despite having an appt confirmed by text, she double booked. I was not able to get in and it was a bummer with the effort & drive time during a work day. I can understand if a mix up but no effort made after. No follow up text to make it right.

I’m new here and I’ve been struggling to find a place where I felt comfortable, that was affordable and where they really did the job correctly. I tried the wax and relax room for the first time today and my experience was great!! Not as painful as in other places I’ve been, she’s quick, thorough, nice conversation and top of that as good music! I recommend it a 100%!!
