If I could leave zero stars I could. I contacted this company (particularly Charles) to see if he can come and install shutters on our apartment in order to be prepared for Hurricane Irma. Well, we solidified a time, price and my address only for him to cancel on me in the morning because he has two other "larger" jobs most likely paying more.
