I had a wonderful stay at Glen Waverley international . The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping centre, but still quiet and peaceful.
This is not a 4-star hotel. It is a motel by all standards. The staff is available only till 8 pm. Territory no clean. The rooms pictures on the web sites like booking.com are not the same as you see in real life. The attempt to cancel after first night, was fruitless. Management of the hotel is not responsive and the front desk staff claims they do not know who the management is. Booked two separate beds but got one queen bed to sleep with my 21-year-old son. Windows were likely not washed for at least a year.
Nice place, very central and nice bath would benefit from a Reno
