I had an appointment at this salon with Rachel to dye my hair cherry cola brunette. I showed reference photos, and when asked if i would rather it be more red or brunette I said brunette. After my hair was finished it seemed very red, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it was the lighting. I was incorrect it was not the lighting and my hair was very red. Amanda ruined my eyebrows after being 45 mins late and just laughed about it. Definitely smelled alcohol but I just kept my mouth shut. Won't be going back
The owner made me feel comfortable from day one & Rachel is a true professional colorist! Once I explained in layman’s terms the color & look I was going for, she took it & ran with it! Almost like a hair mind reader! From the color to the cut. With each appointment, it’s like she already know what I want to tweak. I simply sit down & let her do her thing & mt hair ALWAYS looks amazing! So grateful I found this shop!!
