Here at 7:30pm, no towels, no cleaner, nothing to wipe down the inside with and no one to ask. I have a membership but I’m not sure why.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Tiffany! She was super friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about customer service. She greeted me with a smile, answered my questions, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in their work, and Tiffany definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service!
