Sad Customer Service Catch Disappointing- I am a long time customer of this business for car washes and oil changes. On occassion i have had my oil changed here which they offer a discount on a car wash- if the weather is bad they will give you a rain check. The other day i stopped in to get a car wash and had a sticker they gave me for the 50% off car wash. Wave Car Care Ctr is a great place to get a clean car I occasionally stop in and get my car cleaned at the wave car care center. This is the only location in Billings that I have found I can just drive up pay for my service get my car washed and they actually fully dry my car. This is very handy for me as a mother of small children as I don't have to get out of the car in order to go into a business to pay for my service.
