In my 10 months as a Watson/Windermere tenant, I have appreciated the company's prompt attention to maintenance requests. While communication is satisfactory, I am experiencing difficulty with our impending relocation. Specifically, the requirement to submit a new application and pay associated fees, despite our unchanged circumstances, is inconvenient. Additionally, the inability to transfer our deposit to a new property is a drawback. I would still recommend them for your next rental.
The lady at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about almost every question I had.
Why are you guys calling yourself Windermere source management something like that but your answering machine is still says Watson management????
My concerns and complaints are endless. I can't fit on this review how poorly I was treated, judged, postured and threatened during the last months I spent in the home I was renting from Watson. Dont rent from them.
