Watson manages two properties close to my house one of them they've allowed a drug dealer to live there for close to a year the police have been there multiple times yet they sit on their thumbs and allow this eye sort of continue and allow a danger to the citizens of my neighborhood do not have anything to do with this company and when I call them they get all defensive and act like they can't tell me about what they're doing
In my 10 months as a Watson/Windermere tenant, I have appreciated the company's prompt attention to maintenance requests. While communication is satisfactory, I am experiencing difficulty with our impending relocation. Specifically, the requirement to submit a new application and pay associated fees, despite our unchanged circumstances, is inconvenient. Additionally, the inability to transfer our deposit to a new property is a drawback. I would still recommend them for your next rental.
The lady at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about almost every question I had.
Why are you guys calling yourself Windermere source management something like that but your answering machine is still says Watson management????
