TLDR; run far far away. they are incredibly rude and judgmental, and from other reviews, looks like they’re trying to steal your money. Find a better rental company. I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. Our experience with Windermere was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Left 2-3 voicemails for the leasing office (we're moving and trying to schedule tours) and they don't respond. Ever.
I was trying to contact them for quite some time and I can only text with Brian but I got a notice today that there were several complaints coming from my apartment and the issue is the floor Creeks really loud and I weigh 250 lb and I've been having issues with the neighbor pounding a broom handle really hard blow me that lives in number six. I also asked repeatedly what kind of noise complaints they were if they were in footstep involved or actual noise and they won't tell me or give me any info on it and Brian said that f... read more
