I utilized apartment specials in December when relocating. Communication with Michael Chittwood was excellent until it came time to review the rebate; he completely disappeared. Despite my efforts to request assistance from other agents, I have yet to receive any contact regarding the matter. This lack of response is concerning and feels fraudulent. I urgently request that someone address this matter with me as soon as possible.
Reached out multiple times to look at a home. Received a text asking if I was actively searching or browsing. I responded with, if I find the right one today I'll take it, if not, I can wait for the right one. Crickets 🦗🦗 so then I called. More 🦗🦗
