The staff is an amazing group of people who always seem to go over and above the call of duty, especially right now during this pandemic. My heart is at peace knowing how much they really do care for all the residents. Thank you!
My mom moved into The Waters of Excelsior a little over a year ago and we both have been overwhelmed by the amazing staff, delicious food, and fun activities. It was a big transition for her to move from her big home to apartment living, but the high ceilings, beautiful kitchen and good sized laundry room made things much easier. She loves her apartment. I look forward to living there someday!

The friendliness and welcome of everyone in the community . The willingness of everyone to help others. The bright cheerfulness of the nautical decor and large windows. The delicious food, and all the activities offered within the building and trips to other places.🙂
a great sense of community and caring. the staff is most responsive to suggestions for changes and improvements. we like everything, the financial model, the great food, welcoming and friendliness, and our lovely apartment. a good decision to come here before a situation of some sort required us to seek services.
