I don't give out 5 stars bu, this place is so beautiful & a great place to work. All of the people that live there are very kind, courteous & respectful. People actually made an effort to introduce themselves to me, I will be there for a long time, God willing.

An older building but super nice, large floor plans, amazing location and nice architectural style, so different than the other condo choice downtown. The only negative is the higher HOA fee for the service and amenity offering.

I was waiting for the trolley to come and there was some guys working by the little plaza, then this old lady with a dog, I think she lives there, behaved very rude with the guys working. She went through the last door by the station, where a camera is. I had planed to get info to rent a condo there, but with the bad experience I got from this lady, I already change my mind, believing that all people behave the same way this lady.

I had gone to a new friend's apartment to see an antique clock they wanted to sale. The parking garage was very easy access and the building was quite impressive. The apartment I saw was on the 4th floor. It was very large and nicely layer out inside. There was a security guard which was a comfort, and I bet a plus for the tenants. The place was a 5 star all around.
