I have been coming to this facility for around 8 years since my mom moved here - I have experienced both Watermark mgmt and the new “Caligraphy” mgmt team and man has it gone down hill - Every time I come for lunch now we wait over 15 minutes before any server comes to take our order - now I would like to be clear most of the waiting staff is very nice and seems very competent- but ridiculously under staffed - and yet they have other employees twiddling their thumbs because no one dines in their exclusive more expensive side... read more

I’ve had great experiences working with Calligraphy as a vendor. The staff is amazing and truly cares about creating special experiences for their residents. Huge shout out to Farid and Sahar for always being so kind and supportive. And Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of those special moments for the residents.

Calligraphy is fabulous and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a residence for themselves or their loved one for so many reasons. The staff is so caring and attentive; the residents are friendly, intelligent and engaged; the food is outstanding and the common areas feel like those of a luxury cruise ship. Calligraphy is located just steps away from great shopping, theaters and UCLA hospital. A vibrant, beautiful and comfortable home in the center of Westwood Village.

I come to Calligraphy once and sometimes twice a week to teach classes about meaningful films and other topics to Calligraphy residents. They are so bright, involved and welcoming, that it gives me enormous pleasure! I sense their joy at living in a beautiful, well-run environment with a warm, sensitive staff and stimulating activities. Bravo to Calligraphy for offering such a terrific environment for seniors!
