RecommendedMy mom has been in East Village for 4 years and she is thriving. As a family, we struggled with the decision of having her stay in her home vs having her move to an Assisted Living facility. It was the best decision we made as a family to have her move to EVP. We knew she needed round the clock care. Speaking of the care, the staff does a wonderful job! They are very good and patient with her. My mom is happy at EVP and safe. Which is a source of great comfort to me and my sister.
RecommendedWe are very happy with Mothers care at East Village Place. The staff is very good with her. We enjoy Mothers days trips. The Bridge of Flowers was excellent this past Fall. The Christmas part was very enjoyable. Thank You so much. Tom
They need to hire a new manager in the Dementia unit that really knows whats going on there when he or she is not there...and take action when something goes wrong! Hold people accountable for their actions!
Food Kitchen staff and wait staff are unprofessional and unsanitary. handles glass wear by the rim, handles food with no gloves, leaves food sitting out way to long then serves it residents. Management is aware and does nothing about it. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Think twice before deciding to live here or letting family members live here

RecommendedThe staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond in their care for the residents. My Mom has been here now for 4 years, and she says that she is happy we made the move to East Village, it feels like home.

I’m told it’s a nice place to stay, but I just had to deal with the van driver and he is a JERK!
