My mother was one of the original residents in Memory care. We now live in Montana, and I struggled with leaving my mother so far away. Every time I visit (and no one knows when I will be there) my mother is clean, well dressed, well fed, and her hair looks nice. The Memory care area always smells nice (No small feat}, and is such a bright and cheery place. The staff truly cares and that means a lot. I can't express how grateful my family is here in Michigan just knowing how well your Staff provides a comfortable setting and well being of my Parents. Based on my conversations with my Mom & Dad they assure me every time we speak to them that they chose the right place to live and how wonderful it is at your facility. Can't thank you enough!
Watermark is such a well run, premier senior home. This building is top notch with all the amenities. It is so well managed and the staff are incredible. They also offer their seniors onsite Sunday services in the 3rd floor activity room with local Pastors from various local congregations.
While I thought that this would be the perfect place for my mother-in-law after further research. i have found that this place is run by incompetence. They hire felons to work in their housekeeping department! Felons! majority of their staff couldn't pass a drug test if they cheated! I wouldn't trust this place with any one of my loved ones. From the beginning of our experience at WAT, we were treated warmly and welcomed into their facility. The staff is exceptional and we especially appreciated the sensitivity and professionalism Wendy, her supervisor and their team displayed. Several months in and my father couldn't be happier, enjoying many of the activities, food and neighbors. Thanks Watermark at Trinity!!
Just moved mom in today. Already impressed with the staff in the memory unit. Organization and communication is top notch. You all excell in so many levels. Thanks for making our mom's move go so smoothly.
