Walk iinto Watermark’s entrance any Thursday or Saturday afternoon, and you’ll likely hear shouts and laughter coming from the hallway, Many of the residents will have gathered for a volleyball game, with some of us playing, some cheering and some watching. Our version is played with a blown-up balloon,. Residents who participate are required to stay seated. This is my fourth year as a resident, and my experience has been very positive. The facility has a warm atmosphere and is very clean and well maintained. The entire staff is wonderful, very caring, compassionate and always helpful. There is a wide variety of well planned activities throughout the day. It is a comfortable and secure environment.
The facility has a warm environment that is very clean and appealing. The activities are fun, fostering a family type atmosphere with a smile. Weekly outings are offered for those so inclined. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible.
Watermark at Southpark Meadows is an amazing senior living community. They have dedicated staff from leadership to the care team. I had the pleasure of coordinating services with the Memory Care Director for a resident and their family. I have been a Social Worker for over 25 years and I would recommend Watermark at Southpark Meadows to my own elderly mother or any of my senior relatives.
