In 1969, Al Falchi converted a former San Francisco longshoreman's bar into a restaurant called The Waterfront. A mile from Fisherman's Wharf, and with a view that eclipsed that famous tourist hub, it soon became a favorite of local politicians and business people. And, in time, local and foreign visitors were drawn by its breathtaking Bayscape. TL;DR This place has Service, Atmosphere, Food, Misc. In that order. Good 4 star dining. Recommended for a nice night out. Full Review: The Waterfront Restaurant service was the best I've had. I was there on Friday evening around 5pm with very few patrons. This allowed us to have one of the best seats of the house on the bottom floor. The menu was full of seafood dishes as appetizers.
