I do not speak English very well, and the management here took advantage of that. They waited until after the deadline had already passed to send me an email about the 60-day move-out notice, making it impossible for me to comply on time. This feels like a trap designed to force tenants into paying extra rent. Because of this, my rent suddenly jumped from $2,350 to nearly $3,950 for a single month.
