I do not speak English very well, and the management here took advantage of that. They waited until after the deadline had already passed to send me an email about the 60-day move-out notice, making it impossible for me to comply on time. This feels like a trap designed to force tenants into paying extra rent. Because of this, my rent suddenly jumped from $2,350 to nearly $3,950 for a single month. Huge thank you to the maintenance team. I had an issue with the TV in the clubhouse on Saturday. The team was through and took care of the issue swiftly. Thanks again.
Have rented here for 2 years. Office staff have always listened and answered questions. The maintenance staff are super nice and quick to respond to maintenance issues, Mike the supervisor is the best. With all the snow lately they have made sure the driveways and walkways are clear and safe.
