If you are in an apartment on Waterfront Drive be prepared for noisy traffic especially on weekends. Drag racers with loud mufflers especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Apts. In other buildings are away from traffic. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is responsive. Best feature is a garage for some units and in unit laundry.
I have lived at the Waterfront for a few weeks now, and overall, my experience with the complex and staff has been positive. The property is safe, and the staff have been friendly and helpful. I have had good experiences with the maintenance team, who were responsive and professional when they came to fix my door and address my dishwasher. I moved in about two weeks ago, and my experience here has been fantastic! First of all, the location is unbeatable—it is super convenient and close to everything, yet remarkably peaceful in most of times. On top of that, the management team is extremely responsive; whenever I have a question, they reply very promptly. A huge shoutout to Mike from the maintenance team as well! Went for a walkthrough and didn’t like the experience. The cost was absolutely not justified, and the amenities were very outdated and unclean. Most importantly, the staff was very rude (Jacklyn). I cannot see myself living here after this experience.
Had an FBI raid on property and management moved in like nothing happened and kept raising rates
