RecommendedI’ve lived here for 4 years and I love love love 💕 it !!!! The employees are so caring and friendly. I feel safe here and 5 stars to our activity director Jennie Sheldahl she is wonderful! We have lots of fun with nerf poker. 42. Blackjack. Bingo & Happy hour. Plus she always has wonderful crafts for us to do ! I’m really not good with crafts but with her encouragement and help I feel like I can make anything ! If you’re looking for a new home
This place is horrible, the management doesn't care about the residents at all. Maggie Quinn the Executive director only cares about her job status. I was fired after a person working in the kitchen tested postive for covid. They did nothing about it at all. There was no cleaning or anything the health department said to do. Instead I lost my job because I didn't feel comfortable being around our residents and maybe infecting everybody else. But it's all about money for this corporate place. The staff is totally dedicated to the residents.
From the director to most of the staff, poor quality and support is probably a compliment! Once you sign up and pay, its all down hill. And don’t try to call director for help...never returns the calls. Send your loved ones where they actually are cared for...keep shopping!
The staff here is very caring and the management is totally hands-on. They are a happy crew, and organized an extravaganza for my mother's 107th birthday that made the local news. They are responsive not only in emergencies but for the good times as well. Can't say enough about them.

under staffed and unkind to familys. nwver once did rhey ask how our mother was or reach out to say sorry to hear of her passing.
My dad was living here and had a wonderful experience. The staff are wonderful and the food was yummy! I highly recommend this facility.
My mom recently moved into the Woodlands. They welcomed her with flowers, a large sign and a bag full of her favorite snacks. They also gave me a thank you gift. She is thriving ‼️
